Question by Phil A: Why is it that Lesbians often have one partner butch and the other feminine?
Apart from the fact that they are both females I have often noticed that there is often one who acts more like a husband, and one more like a wife.
I wonder if they realize one partner might be attracted to butch types and the butch types seem to be attracted to feminine types of lesbians.
And ( perhaps a silly question) might the feminine partner prefer to have the door opened for them by the other, taken out to dinner, and bought chocolates by the butch partner like a man would do ?

Most lesbian relationships are not butch/femme.
