Well, most guys are always bugging their girlfriend for blowjobs so if you don't often go down on him that's one. A massage would be nice, promise to dress up in anything he wants (a chance to realize that school girl fantasy of his), a striptease and the sort, I'm sure you can think of much better ideas yourself since you know your boyfriend.
